About This Project
The Story Behind the Worksheets
Hi! I'm Tiago Espinha, a software engineer based in the UK and proud dad of two amazing school-age boys. Like many parents, I found myself regularly buying maths practice books to help my children strengthen their skills. While these books are great, they started adding up both in terms of cost and storage space!
One day, while watching my boys work through yet another practice book, it hit me: most of us have printers at home, and as a software engineer, I had the skills to create something that could help not just my family, but other families too.
From Personal Need to Public Resource
What started as a simple solution for my own family has grown into something I'm excited to share with parents, teachers, and students everywhere. These worksheets are designed to be:
- Simple and straightforward to use
- Customizable to different skill levels
- Easily printable at home
- Completely free for everyone
Why Free?
As a parent, I understand that educational resources can become a significant expense. By making these worksheets freely available, I hope to help other parents provide their children with the practice they need without worrying about the cost. It's my way of using my technical skills to give back to the community and support other families in their educational journey.
